How can I give feedback?
If your transcriptions seem off – like they're slow to start, words are out of order, or the text isn’t matching what you said – let us know! We’re always working to improve, and your reports help us spot and fix issues faster.
Give feedback via the Typeless home
The Give feedback section offers two ways to help us improve Typeless:
- Feedback on your transcript
Select the Last transcript (or choose any transcript from your history) and let us know how it can be improved. For example, report accuracy issues or provide specific comments about your transcription.
- General feedback
Close the transcript box and share any feedback about your overall experience, report bugs, or provide suggestions.
To report a specific transcription
Here's how:
- Open the Typeless app
- Go to History
- Click the flag icon next to the transcription you want to report
- Details on what you said or how you expected Typeless to behave are always helpful
