Set multiple target languages for Translate

Set multiple target languages for Translate

July 8, 2026

macOS app V2.0.0

You can now set multiple target languages in advance, then switch to the one you need whenever you use Translate. Typeless will turn your words into your chosen language right after you finish speaking, so you can stay focused on your thoughts while communicating in multiple languages.

How to use

  1. Set multiple target languages
  • Click the Settings button and navigate to the Language category.

  • Find Translation targets and click the Edit button.

  • Click Add another language and choose a language from the list. Repeat to add more.

  • Drag a target language you added up or down to reorder.

  1. Switch between target languages as you speak
  • Click any text box where you want to enter translation.

  • Press the keyboard shortcut for Translate once (default Fn + Left Shift) and start speaking.

  • Move your cursor over the language shown above the Voice bar and choose the target for your translation.

  1. Translate your voice in real-time
  • When you are done, simply press the main Typeless shortcut once (default Fn) to finish.

  • Typeless will instantly process your words and insert the formatted, native-level translation in your chosen target language.
