How to skip app switching with Picture in picture

With Picture in picture mode, you can start speaking right away without switching apps to turn on your microphone. Typeless stays off-screen, and your microphone only turns on when you speak to save battery.

How to use

1. Enable Picture in picture mode

• Tap the toggle on the Home tab to turn on Skip app switching.
• Tap the Settings icon on the pop-up and select Picture in picture.

2. Tuck Typeless away off-screen

• Find Typeless on your screen while you use other apps.
• Drag Typeless off the left or right edge of the screen to tuck it away.

3. Start speaking

• Open any app and tap a text field to show Typeless keyboard.
• Tap the Speak button, and your mic turns on only when you're speaking.
